Methodology

We have leveraged our extensive experience in delivering IT Security solutions to develop a unique bespoke methodology for the delivery of SAP Security solutions ­ the KeyMethod™. Both our contract and permanent staff are fully committed to adhering to this methodology to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality solutions.

Central to the KeyMethod™ methodology is the integration of SAP R/3 security with the SAP Portal front end delivery component. Many of our competitors fail to integrate these two components, developing them separately only to find that their inherent dependencies on each other subsequently cause problems. By integrating the development of SAP R/3 and SAP Portal roles at every stage Turnkey Consulting strive to ensure the seamless development of integrated Portal and R/3 roles.

Quality assurance is another factor that sets the KeyMethod™ methodology apart from traditional ASAP or other bespoke methodologies. We incorporate key stage reviews into our methodology, with peer-to-peer review being an integral component. We know from our experience that these reviews are key to ensuring that we deliver a consistent level of quality on every implementation.

KeyMethod™ is based around the standard SAP ASAP methodology and can therefore easily be tailored to fit into the bespoke methodologies of the implementation partners with whom we work, most of which are loosely based around this industry standard methodology.
